In my shelfari book shelf I added the currant books I am reading. I added the left behind series and the tortilla curtain. The left behind books are based on a biblical point of view. The series takes place in currant time so the bible can tie to our lives. The book is about the end of the world and those who believe in God are taken to heaven. Those who don't believe in God stay behind and live in fear because the world is going to go threw numerous tragic events. In the end of the serious those who believe in God would end up with a cross on there forehead. For those who have the mark of God they will not be attract by the demons from hell. In the end of the series the world goes to an end and heaven and hell and those who didn't believe in God would not be protected and feel a lot of pain during the war of good and evil. The last book I added to the shelf was the tortilla curtain. Tortilla curtain is a book we are reading for this class. The book is about four lives that come together on the end. I have not finished the book right now but I can tell you it's a very sad book filled with hope but there have been no actual facts that show any improvement for their lives. The book seems to be more concentrated on the lives of the two Mexicans who came illegally for a better life. The other two who the bold talk about are lives of a married couple who are American citizens and cross bath with one of the Mexicans lives and change there point of views with illegals and with protecting human rights from illegals. The book over all is a very sad and depression book and it gives you an idea of how it actually is for those who come illegally.
